Non-Profit | Institution Building 

Touch A Life Foundation: Nana's continued commitment to public interest and youth employment/accountability led Nana to serve as Ghana's Executive Director for Touch a Life, an organization that supports child trafficking victims. In this role, she led the organization through a period of transition and growth. Provided direct engagement to international volunteers, global partner organizations, and donors and annual budget allocations. Focus: survivors, sexual exploitation, trauma care.

Technology 

CrowdReason GH: Chief People & Culture Officer. Credited with leading initiatives to bridge gaps between youth employment & emerging markets, Nana co-launched one of Ghana's 1st AI technology compliance businesses, managing the complexities and risks associated with property tax. Strategic focus: architecting talent and well-being strategy, organizational oversight and culture systems. 

 

Early Career: Law | Finance | Education

She began her career as a prosecutor in New York City, where she represented the public in criminal proceedings and worked within one of the world's most demanding legal systems. Her time as a prosecutor and later, on Wall Street, laid the foundation for the systems thinking, leadership, and deep understanding of human behavior that define her work today. Before her legal career, Nana worked as a public school art educator in New York City.
